Can you help us meet this historic moment?
As community need grows, we need your help in supporting our neighbors
Dear friends,
When life gets hard, where do you turn? Who has your back?
Is it family? Neighbors? School? Your faith community? For many, the last line of defense against hunger, homelessness, or financial crisis lies with places like the Coralville Community Food Pantry.

Right now, food pantries in Iowa are shattering records. This year compared to last, the Coralville Community Food Pantry experienced a staggering 70% increase in total assists (pantry visits and home deliveries combined). At the same time, access to vital public safety net programs like SNAP are being halted by cruel legislation like Iowa Senate File 494, a bill passed earlier this year that is set to remove thousands from the program in the coming years.
This year, we are on track to provide 900,000 pounds of food for 1,800 local families. While we are proud to be a critical lifeline for those living in the greater Coralville & Tiffin communities, we are wary about the future as more of our neighbors are being left behind.

You can help us meet this historic moment. When you give financially, you provide tangible relief for our neighbors experiencing food insecurity. Every $1 you give becomes 8 pounds of nourishing food. Every $100 helps us feed a family for two months.
The months ahead will be challenging, and your support will make a difference.
Thank you for having our back.
Your Neighbor,
John Boller, Executive Director
